I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a stunning view across the countryside and were equipped with modern facilities, making it a comfortable experience. The service, however, left much to be desired as the young waiter's mishap with tea was quite an inconvenience, and the eagerness of the staff to rush our departure was noticeable. The location, right in the heart of Pembroke, was convenient for exploring the main sights on foot but lacked a bit of charm. The included dining of Moroccan pancakes was a unique touch. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
